The views from our room were stunning and all the construction didn't bother us. We loved chilling by the pool, and Arnel and Gamal at the bar were top-notch! If only the birthday package request had gone through smoothly, the stay would have been flawless. 🌟

It was a relief for us parents to have some time to relax while the kids were having so much fun.

The location by the beach was perfect to relax and forget about everything for a while. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the cozy gazebo by the pool. The staff provided amazing service, with everyone being super smiley and approachable. Lastly, the breakfast was good with nice options for coffee and milk.

the hotel is super clean and close to a beautiful sunset view of the palm. also, the staff give excellent tips on local taxis and costs. their breakfast buffet is exceptional and the bar food is top-notch.

The hotel is located literally on the beach, which is a plus, but the noise level on the restaurant is unbearable. The hotel is situated on the external right part of the Palm in an under construction area, but the private beach was tidy and not crowded.

The service provided by the staff was poor and disappointing.
